Does the World Seem Crumpled?
Or is everything all right? Should we close our eyes and pretend not to see anything? If you want to know how things really work in the world, you have a chance to visit the 39th International Festival of Sustainable Development Films. The festival will take place on 15 - 19 October 2012 in Park Inn Danube Hotel and will focus on fields of economic, industrial and human activities while emphasizing the need for sustainable development to be a continuous process.
During 38 years of its history, the festival has welcomed more than 720,000 visitors who watched 5,520 films from all around the world. The festival is quite unique because it has managed to join people from two different groups of interest: technicians and ecologists. It educates people about the current issues and contributes to cultural and knowledge development. The festival is traditionally held under the auspices of the President of the Slovak Republic, Mr. Ivan Gašparovič.
